Q: What are surprise balls?

A: Surprise balls contain the name of an item associated to the category you selected. Whatever is listed in that surprise ball is yours!

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We are proud to say we are Canadian and we package, film, and ship from Mississauga, Ontario (east of Toronto)!

Q: Can I pick my items?

A: KC Surprises are just that - surprises! So we let fate decide. But feel free to put a preference or two in the comments when you order (ie. blue items only, etc) and we will do our best to accommodate!

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: We promise to ship all orders within 72 hours! After that, it’s up to the shipping companies.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Given that KC Surprises are selected at random, we cannot offer a return on an item you may not like. That said, if there is a quality control issue, please send us a message and we will review on a case per case basis.
